2017 Art Lead Announcement

We’d like to thank everyone who submitted applications for a Lead position for POrtalBurn 2017. We’re so thrilled about all the awesome people who will become part of the leadership team! Next weekend while at retreat the BOD will finalize all positions and announce them all shortly thereafter. Because Art is such a core part of our burn, and we all win by giving Artists as much lead time as possible to work on their projects, we decided to select the Art Lead early so she can get that ball rolling! Please congratulate Debi ‘Crackerjack’ Mansour for being selected as our Art Lead again this year. Crackerjack did an amazing job as Art Lead for POrtal16, and knocked it out of the park organizing the regional Burnal Equinox: Bullieve event. We can’t wait to see what she does with our Art Department this year! Please show her some POrtal love and let’s start making art!

The POrtal is almost ready to open!

POrtalBurn is just around the corner! Here’s a reminder of gate hours.

Thursday: Noon through 5pm for early arrivals only (approval required)
Thursday: 5pm through Midnight
Friday: 8am through Midnight
Saturday: 8am through 8pm
Sunday: 8am through 8pm

While we recognize that life happens, we can’t guarantee admittance outside of these hours and advise everyone to plan accordingly.

Adopt a POrtal Potty at POrtalBurn!!

We have 12 potties up for adoption. First come- first granted.
You decorate your potty and we will reimburse you up to $25.
Keep in mind that your decorations should not interfere with the servicing of your potty.

The POtty grants open on Wednesday, June 15th.

Whoo hoo! All the POtties have been adopted!
